When enquiries need following up, information sits in separate systems or members need a place to find things, I scope and build the tools to do that work. I work with small businesses and associations across Australia.
The work is built in your own systems by default, with a written handover included in the build fee. Training and concierge support are optional and quoted separately.

1. Scope the work
We go through the process, the tools involved and the result you need. You get a written scope and estimate before work starts.
2. Build and check
I connect your existing systems and build what is missing, checking the work against the agreed scope.
3. Hand it over
The build fee includes a written handover. We agree account ownership, access and any ongoing third-party software costs in the scope.
Choose the help you need after delivery.
You can take the build and its documentation and run it yourself.
Optional training
Hands-on sessions using your team's own work, so they can run and extend the system. Quoted separately.
Optional concierge support
Agreed check-in sessions and reasonable email and phone support. Quoted separately, month to month, with 14 days' written notice to stop. Any new bespoke build gets its own fee.

The Association of Artist Managers' hub brings resources, a member directory, programs and events into one space, with login tied to its membership CRM.

AI Audit and Onboarding: an optional two-hour review, written findings and a 45-minute onboarding session for one person. $750 to $2,500 plus GST, depending on business size and the number of people onboarded. The fee is separate from any later build.
AI consulting: hourly, daily or fixed-term help with systems, automation and implementation.
