Commonly asked questions.

I build the custom AI or platform an organisation needs, then hand it over the way that fits: a written handover, hands-on training, or an ongoing concierge term. It is a managed service when you want one, not something forced on you or left half-finished.
Mostly two kinds of organisation: businesses turning over roughly $1M to $25M a year, big enough to have real process, small enough that one bottleneck can hold up the whole year, and grant-funded associations and membership bodies, where the same handful of people carry reporting, intake and administration on top of the actual mission.
You choose. I map the process, find the constraint, and build what clears it, scoped to the bottleneck in front of you, not a platform you will grow into. From there it is one of three things: a written handover document and nothing further, hands-on training so your team learns the system on their own real work, or an ongoing concierge term while you find your feet. Whichever you pick, the system and its documentation are yours to keep.
Mostly Claude Code for the actual development, with ChatGPT and Codex where they are a better fit for a particular task. What gets delivered depends on what you already run: back-office work gets built inside your existing CRM, job-management or invoicing software wherever one exists, and anything custom, like a member platform, gets built from scratch and delivered into your own systems. I choose the tool for the job, not the other way round.
Every engagement is scoped to the work on a call, so I can give you a specific number rather than a range that does not mean much until I know what you actually need. Not sure where to start? Begin with an AI Audit, credited to any work you go ahead with.
A paid, low-risk way to start if you are not ready to commit to a build. I look at how your organisation actually runs and give you a written plan for where AI saves the most time or does the most good. It is $499, credited in full to any work you go ahead with afterwards.
One of three ways to take a build forward, alongside a basic handover or hands-on training. Two check-in calls a month plus phone and email support, so you have someone to think things through with while your team finds its feet, rather than going back to market for every new question. It runs on a six month minimum, because it is built around seeing a project through, not a cancel-anytime subscription.
A basic handover or a round of training is a one-off, nothing to lock into. The concierge option runs on a six month minimum, because it is built around seeing a project through rather than a cancel-anytime subscription.
Yes. Anything built inside your own systems, your CRM, your job-management software, a member platform delivered into infrastructure you control, is yours on payment, whether or not you take up the concierge option afterwards.
You keep everything that is yours: the build, your data, anything delivered into your own systems. What stops is whatever only runs on my side, namely the concierge check-ins if you are on that option. The concierge term has a six month minimum before it can be cancelled; a basic handover or a round of training was never ongoing in the first place. Nothing is ever held to ransom.
Most engagements start with a scoping call or an AI Audit, then a written plan and a fixed estimate before anything is built. Once it starts, I keep the process light so you are not waiting months to see something real.
No. That is the point of a managed service. I handle the technical side and explain anything you want to understand in straightforward terms. Your job is to do what you are good at, mine is to make the system work.
Australia-wide. I am based in the Blue Mountains, NSW, and work in person where it helps, but the work itself is not geography-gated.
No, not any more. They are examples of the kind of work a build can include, winning more work or taking admin off your desk, not their own separately sold product or price list. See what that looks like on the Lead generation or Back office example pages.
Tell me on a call. Not every job is standard, and that is exactly what AI Development & Enablement is for.
That is AI Consulting: hourly, daily or fixed-term, based on the scope of the work, for systems integration, CRM rollouts, workflow automation and everything in between.
