Mostly Claude Code for the actual development, with ChatGPT and Codex where they are a better fit for a particular task. What gets delivered depends on what you already run: back-office work gets built inside your existing CRM, job-management or invoicing software wherever one exists, and anything custom, like a member platform, gets built from scratch and delivered into your own systems.

A paid, low-risk way to start if you are not ready to commit to a build. Two hours on-site or by call finding where AI saves the most time or wins the most work, a written findings document you keep, and a 45 minute onboarding session where one of your people is set up to run the first item themselves. No. A basic handover or a round of training is a one-off, and the concierge option runs month to month, so you can stop it with 14 days' notice.

Yes. Anything built inside your own systems, your CRM, your job-management software, a member platform delivered into infrastructure you control, is yours on payment, whether or not you take up the concierge option afterwards. If any part has to run on my accounts instead, the written scope names it before I start.

You keep everything that is yours: the build, your data, anything delivered into your own systems. What stops is whatever only runs on my side, namely the concierge check-ins if you are on that option. The concierge option can be stopped with 14 days' notice; a basic handover or a round of training was never ongoing in the first place. Nothing is ever held to ransom.
