Websites, SEO and AI search.

I build websites with a page for each service you sell and each area you cover, so people find you in Google and in answers from ChatGPT, then ring you or ask for a quote.

Enough pages to answer what people search for.

A few pages is plenty for some businesses. If you cover a lot of ground, each service and suburb gives Google and AI tools one more thing to find you for. Each one has to say something useful, so I won't pad a site out to hit a number.

5 pages

Home, services, about, reviews and contact. It suits a sole trader or a professional whose name is the reason people call, and most of the visitors have already heard of you.

Any of these can take online bookings, forms that go into your CRM, or a member login. Each site is scoped and quoted on its own.

SEO and AI search are mostly the same job.

ChatGPT and the others usually search the web before they answer, so a fast site with clear pages does well in both. The extra work is making sure AI tools are allowed in, because some hosts and firewalls turn them away and the owner never hears about it.

I can't make ChatGPT name you. I can make sure it's able to read your site, and that there's something on it worth quoting.

What is robots.txt? A small text file at the root of a website that tells crawlers which pages they can read. This one lets Google and the main AI tools in. A firewall can still block them, so I check that too.

The checks that get skipped.

The form reaches you

I send a test enquiry through every form and check where it lands, including your junk folder.

Old links still work

If the site is moving, every old address is redirected to its new page, then checked again after launch.

Your email survives

Moving a domain can take your email down with it, so the mail records are copied first and tested after.

Google can read every page

Search Console and analytics go in from day one, with the sitemap submitted and structured data on every page.

It works on a phone

Tap to call, quote forms and page speed get checked on a real phone, because a customer with a burst pipe isn't sitting at a desk.

Your Google Business Profile matches

The name, address, phone number and website link agree with the site, and I can set the profile up if you don't have one.

You own all of it on the day it goes live.

The code sits in your GitHub account, the site runs in your Cloudflare account and the domain stays in your name. If we stop working together, the site keeps running.

  1. Scope

A free 15-minute call, then a written scope and estimate before work starts.

  2. Words

I write the pages from what you tell me about your work and your customers.

  3. Build and check

You see it on a test address first, and we fix what's wrong before anyone else does.

  4. Launch and hand over

Accounts move to you, a written handover comes with the build fee, and monthly management is there if you want it.

What people usually ask.

It depends on the number of pages, who writes them and what the site has to connect to. Every site is scoped on a call and you get a written scope and estimate before work starts. The written handover is included in the build fee.
No, and nobody can. I can make sure Google and AI tools can read the site, and that it answers the questions your customers ask. Where you land after that also depends on your competitors, your reviews and how long the site has been around.
Think in months. Google needs time to find the new pages and work out what they're about, and a busy category takes longer than a quiet one. Search Console is set up from day one, so you can watch it happen.
Yes. I'll need time from you for the facts, because the pages only work if they say what you really do and where. Suburbs, prices and job details come from you, and anything I don't know stays out until you confirm it.
Yes, with some training. These sites are code, so there's no drag-and-drop editor. I can show you how to make changes with an AI coding tool, or I can quote changes as they come up.
Yes, from launch. The code sits in your GitHub account, the site runs in your Cloudflare account and the domain stays in your name. If we stop working together, the site keeps running.
If it moves, every old address gets redirected to its new page and checked after launch, along with your email records. Send me the link first, because some sites only need fixing.
Yes. You can run it yourself from the handover, or take a monthly website management package, sized to the site and quoted with the build. It covers wording changes, a check that forms and tracking still work, and a look at how you're showing up in Google and AI answers. It's month to month with 14 days' written notice to stop, and a new page or a new build is quoted separately.
